Our Team

The management team consists of Frank Shirey, Mike Phillips and Deborah Robichaux Shirey.

Frank Shirey

Frank is a Georgia native, Marine and Navy veteran with a combined 23 years of service. In retirement he decided to pursue his dream of opening a restaurant. With the help of his friends and partners, Mike and Deb, it has finally become a reality. His world travels with the military helped develop his gift of gab. Frank never meets a stranger, and he looks for humor and kindness in all situations. When you visit Geaux Dawgs, expect good food, good conversation and maybe a few jokes.


Mike Phillips

Mike is a proud father and veteran with 28 years of Army experience. He comes from a large family consisting of seven sisters and two brothers. These two experiences helped shape who Mike is. He knows family, he knows service and he brings both of these to Geaux Dawgs. So, when you visit expect great service and to be treated like family. That’s how this dog runs.


Deborah Robichaux Shirey

Deb is retired from the Army Reserve (21 years), and registered nurse. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in business. Deb grew up along bayou Lafourche in Raceland, Louisiana, surrounded by excellent cooks and a large extended family (Geaux Tigers & Geaux Saints!). She moved to Georgia in 2003 and settled in Senoia in 2005. Deb currently works full time as a nurse in addition to her duties at Geaux Dawgs on Main.
